Update: It appears recent releases in 2025 such as the November 2025 ADK for Windows 11 includes a working version of the Sequencer. Interestingly, the rev version is 10.0.28000.1 which suggests there is a typo as the version of the ADK is 10.2.28000.1. You can continue reading the below article if you are encountering the error but beware the fix is now available in new versions, no need to find an older release.
It appears there is a bug in the App-V Sequencer on the latest Windows 10 ADK, which is ADK version 10.1.26100.1 (May 2024) and also in the previous ADK version 10.1.25398.1 (September 2023).

When using either version from the listed ADK versions, you may get an error when launching the Sequencer: “The procedure entry point GetTempPath2W could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\Microsoft Application Virtualization\Sequencer\APPVMANIFEST.dll.”, when you click OK, you may also get an error:

“The procedure entry point GetTempPath2W could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\Microsoft Application Virtualization\Sequencer\Sequencer.exe”
I had to go back to ADK version 2004, which you can find here: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2120254
Installing with this version allows the Sequencer to work again on Windows 10. I suspect the bug in the newer Windows 10 ADKs will not be addressed as Windows 10 End of Support is coming in 2025 and App-V End of Life is coming in 2026.
